Privacy
Almirah is built so that your financial data never reaches us. This page explains the little we do collect.
Last updated 13 October 2026.
Your CAS and statements
Almirah Free reads your CAS inside your browser tab. The file and its password are not uploaded to us or anyone else, and they are not stored: closing or reloading the tab clears them. The page loads its reading software from this website only, and our server tells your browser to refuse connections to any other website.
The full Almirah app, when it is available, keeps your statements in a folder on your own computer. The only thing it fetches from the internet is the day's gold rate.
What we collect
- Waitlist. If you join the waitlist we keep your email address, the banks you tick and the date, to tell you when Almirah is ready and to decide which banks to support. They are stored in our own database at Cloudflare, which hosts this website. Before we send the first email we will name the service that delivers it here.
- Visit counts. Our own server counts page views and how many times a CAS is read, by day. It keeps only the name of the event and the count: no cookies, no IP address, nothing about your browser, and nothing from your files.
We don't sell or share your email, and we don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
Every waitlist email has an unsubscribe link. To have your email deleted, or to ask what we hold, write to support@getalmirah.in. We reply within 30 days.
